Decorate a Table: Branding Opportunity for Your Business

A Member Branding Opportunity at Signature Chamber Events

Decorating a table at one of our signature Chamber events is a no cost exposure opportunity available exclusively to Chamber members. It’s one of the many ways we help our businesses brand, connect, and stand out in front of a large and engaged audience.

Attendance at these events typically ranges from 250–325 guests, giving your business meaningful visibility in a setting designed for relationship-building. Decorated tables add creativity and personality to the room — and they often become conversation starters throughout the event.

Many attendees even choose where to sit based on table décor, if available, making this a fun and effective way to highlight your brand.

How does this work?

You sign up to participate, linked below, and begin making plans for your on brand, creativity and contribution to a beautiful room setting.   Your plan should include showcasing your business while adding desirable giveaways that make you memorable.  Displays can be elaborate or simple and effective.  The time of year and theme can also play into the setting.  Photo albums of ideas are linked throughout this page.  At the least, your decoration must include:

  • 8 - giveaway items - one for each person at the table.
  • 1 - main centerpiece that is "raffled" off to the winner at that table.

First, we need to know you are planning to participate.  Send us an email or fill out this form to sign up to decorate here.  Once we receive your request, we will confirm on our end and add you to the list.  You'll receive updates on set up times, themes if applicable, location and other items specific to the event you will be participating in.  This branding opportunity is currently available for the following signature events:

  • Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet

  • Women’s Leadership Conference

Additional Tips & Hints

To sum it up, you place your business information and / or promotional items at your assigned table to decorate.

  • Make it memorable and on brand.
  • You do not typically sit at this table as it offers your brand to others.
  • Tickets to attend the event are required and sold separately.
  • Check the photo albums for some of the decorations others have provided.
  • Please keep in mind the height of the centerpiece so it does not block anyone's view of the speakers (12" is a good guide).
  • Consider using higher value items.
  • Items to avoid: plastic cups and koozies tend to get left behind on the tables. Just saying...

    We’ll confirm availability and add you to the decorator list

    You’ll receive information on:

    • Set-up times

    • Event themes (if applicable)

    • Location and table assignments

    • Event-specific guidelines
